Land Registration Systems, Inc (LARES)

Land Registration System (content to be shortened and provided by Sujit) – LARES was established in the Philippines to implement the Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP) of the Land Registration Authority (LRA). The LTCP project was awarded to TerraCIS by the LRA under a Build-Own-Operate (BOO) scheme and shall cover LRA’s 164 Registries of Deeds (RDs) nationwide. The LTCP involves the development of a customized application system, the supply of IT products and services, training of end users, conversion of documents into digital form, nationwide network interconnection and construction of IT-enabled government offices.


Orissa e-Governance Services Limited

A joint venture company, OeSL was incorporated by Orissa Computer Application Center (OCAC), Government of Odisha and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to execute the e-Dharini project.


Bihar e-Governance Services & Technologies Limited (BeST)

Bihar e-Governance Services & Technologies Limited (BeST) is an IT Consulting & solution company based in Patna, India. BeST is a joint venture of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Serviced Limited (IL&FS) and Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation Limited, (PSU of Government of Bihar) established in 2006 as a PPP initiative of Government of Bihar with strong focus on e-governance.


Bhopal e-Governance Limited

Bhopal e-Governance Limited (BeGL) was incorporated on February 15th, 2013 as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for development and execution of an Enterprise Web Based GIS Solution for Managing Land Records for the Government of Madhya Pradesh. BeGL entered into a BOOT agreement with the Madhya Pradesh Government (MP) for the project and is a wholly owned subsidiary of TerraCIS.
