What types of organisations do you typically work with?
We work exclusively with public-sector and government-adjacent organisations — central and state government ministries and departments, municipal corporations, urban development authorities, utilities, statutory regulators, and development finance institutions. We do not take on private-sector projects, which allows us to maintain deep specialisation in government contexts.
What is the typical scale of a Terracis engagement?
Our projects range from focused departmental solutions (typically $500K–$2M over 12–18 months) to large-scale state or national programmes ($5M–$50M+ over multiple years). We structure all engagements in phases to reduce risk and allow for learning and course-correction. We are not well-suited to very small or short-duration projects.
Can you deploy on government-owned infrastructure (on-premise)?
Yes, and it is one of our core strengths. We design for data sovereignty from day one — supporting on-premise government data centres, government cloud environments (e.g., MeghRaj in India, GovCloud in the GCC), or hybrid architectures. We do not mandate public cloud, and we understand the security and sovereignty requirements of sensitive government data.
How does the Quantela platform integrate with Terracis solutions?
Quantela's urban intelligence platform provides the AI, IoT data ingestion, real-time analytics, and dashboarding layer that sits on top of Terracis's eGovernance and land management platforms. For smart city deployments, the Quantela platform is the operational core. For governance-only projects, we may use Quantela's data and analytics capabilities while the core workflow platform is Terracis-built. The integration is seamless because we operate as a single team.
Do you respond to government RFPs / tenders?
Yes. We respond to government RFPs, Expression of Interest notices, and RFQs across all the geographies and sectors we serve. We recommend a pre-tender conversation where procurement rules permit — so we can provide better-qualified input and you can assess our fit before committing to the formal process. What languages do your platforms support?
Our citizen-facing platforms are designed for multilingual deployment. We have delivered platforms in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Arabic, Swahili, Bahasa Indonesia, and Filipino. Language support is built into our platform architecture, not added as an afterthought — covering UI, document templates, chatbot NLP, and help content.
What is your approach to change management and capacity building?
We consider change management as inseparable from implementation. Every project includes a structured capability building programme for government staff — covering system operation, data governance, and ongoing administration. We also provide extended hypercare support post-go-live, typically 6–12 months depending on project complexity, to ensure adoption is sustained beyond the initial launch.
